Because our botanical oils contain bio-active herbal infusions, each bottle is freshly packaged, inspected for airtight seal integrity, and carefully boxed.
- Standard Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST on weekdays are typically packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
- Sundays & Public Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the immediate following business day.
- Festival Rush Notice: During festive periods or high-volume seasonal harvest launches, processing may experience a mild delay of 24 hours. We keep you notified via SMS.

03 Live Tracking & Delivery Coordination
We believe in complete transparency throughout your package's journey:
- As soon as your order leaves our hub, you will receive an Airway Bill (AWB) number and direct tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, and your registered email address.
- You can monitor package scans, hub transit, out-for-delivery alerts, and delivery agent coordination in real-time.
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please ensure your registered mobile number is reachable to receive delivery OTP notifications.
04 Address Integrity & Unsuccessful Deliveries
To ensure smooth doorstep delivery without unexpected delays, please observe the following guidelines:
- Please provide a complete delivery address including house/flat number, street name, nearest landmark, correct postal pin code, and an active mobile number.
- In the event a package is returned to our origin warehouse due to an incorrect/incomplete address, repeated customer unavailability, or refusal to accept without valid cause, re-dispatch charges may apply.
